We provide clients with the option to have their properties checked on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We provide the property management and caretaking out of Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia

We can visit the property and take photos. If you wish to have the inside of the property checked as well we can do that. 

We are also available to meet anyone at the house to preform service or maintenance that maybe required at the house. 

If you live away or are going on vacation and want someone to look after your property and have it look like someone is there. We can do that. 

We can mow the lawn every two weeks.

Do you live away and want to keep your house or cottage accessible during the winter or need to have the driveway clear for insurance or the fire service.
